Rubber top

Continuous spray-on membrane made from a single-component, highly elastic rubber. It incorporates nanoparticles that prevent corrosion, offering maximum durability and resistance.

Description

Rubber Top is the perfect fusion of protection and
sustainability. Formulated with 100% recycled
rubber from mining tires, it turns waste into an
innovative and environmentally friendly solution. Its
cold application by spraying creates a continuous,
seamless membrane that guarantees total
impermeability, high elasticity, and weather
resistance. Specially designed for exposed areas, it
provides comprehensive protection for surfaces,
preventing corrosion and extending their useful life.
In addition, its application process is fast, save, and
efficient, making it the best alternative for projects
that requires durability, reliability, and a commitment
to the environment.

– Continuous membrane that completely blocks the passage of water.
– Protects surfaces by preventing rust and wear.
– Reduces airborne and impact noise, improving acoustic comfort.
– Absorbs shocks and vibrations, protecting surfaces.
– Uniform membrane without joints that ensures total protection
– Extends the useful life of surfaces exposed to the elements.
– Excellent adhesion to surfaces such as metal, concrete, masonry, brick, plasterboard, fiber cement, and wood.

Final finish coat that protects surfaces in new construction or maintenance. It provides waterproofing, prevents corrosion, improves acoustics, and reduces impact, with excellent adhesion to metals, concrete, masonry, bricks, and
wood.

Mix the rubber top for at least 3 minutes or until you obtain a homogeneous mixtures then add the coloring and mix for another 3 minutes.

It is applied mechanically using a texture spraying machine. The application must be two cross coats and deliver a minimum of 0.12 in (3 mm).
Use nozzle No. 6.
